He was in contact with us on a daily basis to provide status reports on the building activity and when we visited the job site every 3-4 months he always had a punch list scheduled for my wife and I to pick out carpet, lights, counter tops, doors, siding, paint, appliances etc,etc. He made our trips very efficient and kept the building process on track.. We love our new home and Steve is always available to assist with any concerns."
